Goodness that was a colorful encounter with the board, they never wanted to front shareholders again, the reason being that shareholders revolted and held them DIRECTLY accountable. THAT WAS A DAY WHEN SPIN DID NOT WORK

This will show you that nothing has changed, that you as a shareholder is unwanted fodder.
