Thats the only point being made is based on observation of a historical movement of shares regarding parties that were actually subject to a takeover panel review (public info) investigating if there was a related party block of shares that had not been identified to the market. The result of the investigation was merely that there was not enough evidence to support it, not that it was the ned of the matter going forwards. reading it from a legal perspective it seems to be leaving space for revival at a later date.
Perhaps enough time has now lapsed for further evidence to have been identified by someone? That would be interesting if that suddenly happened.

If someone asks did Rabbi Kasztner collaborate with Eichman to transport some people to safety in return for payment in diamonds and gold with teh pretext that the majority of prisoners not be released and therefore condemned to their fate, is that defamation if asked at the time? No, absolutely not, its a question, based on observation of movement of assets, which in that case led to an Israeli court ruling that Kasztner was a Nazi collaborator, despite having helped some people escape...caught between the devil and the deep blue sea he was...but you are saying the question can not even be asked or raised? So turn a blind eye is it?

The question to consider is who is the devil and who is the deep blue sea in relation to MRC in its now notorious history.

Good to see the new CEO made sure a quarterly was sent out with much better structure, good grammar and a goal in mind.
Absolutely a level above what was previously going out.
He must be elevating the standards somewhat by the looks of things,
That can only be positive.
