It is the company that chooses to spend equity first as this makes economic sense...
The grace period only kicks in after drawdown...
The Labs had a backlog while the company went ahead and purchased the remaining licences area...These results are expected shortly as they become available...Rapid construction period once drawdown is confirmed...Long lead items are already stored at the warehouse...
