Read what Mike put in the Tweet:

It is quite clear that at least one batching plant has been getting during Jan, and now the larger batching plant is supplying the construction as well.
The photo may have been taken when the batching plant had just been installed - and could be from weeks ago.
We now have definitive public statements from the chair of the company. Now stop trying to say there is no batching plant.
