    In 2020
    42% of Oil production is control by 13 members in Opec. too many countries.
    47% of Cu supplies is produced by Peru N Chile. only 2 countries.
    These 2 countries are not so rich.
    Popular votes will determine the tax rate that they will demand for their copper.

    so b prepared to see cu price go for a long ride up when these 2 countries increase their Cu tax for their miners.
