Most likely ego trip by mct management (only my opinion)
mct management couldn’t even manage to lodge with asx the simplest task and was taken to court, forgot how long the trading halt was and sp suffered since
imo mct would also struggle to raise funds, if they do manage to raise it will be cheap as chips like 0.004c
