No material change to the loans.
As per the Corps Act, when a company is under a hostile takeover they cannot enter into any significant capital changes in an effort to hinder the bidder. This is why they needed the Takeover Panel approval to do the proposed rights issue and they would need the same approval to increase the loans materially (the act allows "normal course of business" clauses).
