YAL won't payout 20% every 6 months. That would be like 100% payout ratio of NPAT if NHC tried to do it. Chances are if that's your expectation you will be disappointed.
Paying out all cash and having no growth prospects mean you trend towards a terminal value of zero. I don't think that will be how these non ESG companies get structured
