FWIW, the Placement notice had this: "3.5% capital raising fee, with nil placement fee applying to subscriptions made by certain existing shareholders. 1.0%management fee on gross proceeds."
If we assume First sentier and Balaton are those shareholders and they participated to keep their % holding, (I doubt NRW would) something like
3.5% of 75% of $15m = $394K
1% of $15m = $150K
so for the placement $550K approx ?
