Agree with you that the Yalgoo deal was disastrous and value destructive, particularly so because the ore we gave away so much of the company for is now on the backburner. Presumably the previous B&M thought they had little choice because Gilbeys stage 3 wasn't stacking up at the time?
Anyway my point was simply that operational turnarounds don't just happen if someone from head office turns up on site and waves a magic wand, they are driven by the operators making small gradual improvements in ore markout, grade control monitoring truck movements tweaking mill etc.
