That was my point, that the appointment of a drill blast engineer on the owners side is to oversee that improvement of process ... that process started by SL.
Whilst his CV maybe as a geo I take SL as a very good thinker, an aggressive operator and more widely mining experienced than some may think. Time will tell his abilities as CEO.
May each qtr show continuous improvement.
