I think Malaysian Govt's attitude to Lynas has change significantly due to green shift and geopolitics as mentioned in report that " "strongly engaged with a number of governments..."

I think another 25% capacity should be on the table soon as AL mentioned ' Some planned projects could be developed in “a much shorter timeline” ' to Bloomberg in March ( Lynas may fast-track growth plans on surging rare earths demand | The Edge Markets), so it is highly likely to ramp up LAMP production if only deliver carbonate to Malaysia. It is possible as "Lynas is embarking on an expansion in Western Australia and we’re looking for a driven Process Manager for our Kalgoorlie Rare Earths Processing Facility, due for feed on in late 2022."(Post #: 58519185)
