Are YAL's labour issues (increasing use of very highly priced contractors, and staff leaving then reappearing as contractors) a significant concern, or is the perception that thermal coal prices (even for lower grade 5500 calorific value) are so high that while annoying, in the end the good prices trump problems in areas such as the cost and availability of labour?
Don't get me wrong - I'm not about to sell my YAL, as I can also see the good side, but it's important to note any actual or potential difficulties.
