I'm going to play speculator/conspiracy theorist a little bit here but there's nothing in that report that wasn't already known + a nice $20m cash build to boot. SLR still have large stockpiles and if anything this last qtr was always going to be the worst with the border policy, therefore there was no real need to add in "withdraw guidance" as evidenced by all other WA miners predicting an improvement in Q4. Further, they announced a buyback on volatility "when price doesn't reflect fundamentals" volatility they've now created to buy back the shares at a discount imo.
