Plenty of WA based companies releasing quarterlies over the last few days and this morning saying exactly the same thing......

Does that mean they are all 'Hiding behind COVID' ?

It is a more 'current' issue for WA, only since they took down their border a few months ago - the rest of the country continues to deal with it on a day to day basis.

But it will pass.

Companies just need to learn to managing their staffing issues..... Always harder when you use contract labour. The COVID problem is exacerbated due to the current general shortage of labour in Australia.

But it too will also eventually pass.....
