The entry point for buying shares in a company is the buyer's responsibility - not the company.
In June 21 you could have purchased shares at 5 cents.
In Jan 21 at .037/.038c
If you buy when the herd arrives, you are then subject to the movement in share price by that herd.
Often they are looking for a quick buck and if it does arrive within their time frame they stampede to the other end of the paddock in a cloud of dust and then all look at each saying what was that all about.
