Yep PEN is my biggest holding now too as i see it as the most undervalue stock,.. This will be the 3rd attempt at U.S. stockpiling after section 232 and the NFWG but i dont agree U.S. need to stockpile what it need is the Utilities to start contracting domestic supply and restocking there inventory's that the best place for stockpiling is with Utilities..
