The Thai economy will continue to be very weak though. They have suffered massively across all sectors, due to the downturn in tourism. There won't be many people with a lot of spare cash to gamble.
DNA has flagged the need to borrow another USD5m from the Thai vendor of Star Vegas, in order to keep the business afloat. That will increase their total debt load to around AUD19m. There will be no dividends or any other cash flowing to minority shareholders for a long time yet.
