I don't think China buying our coal is an issue of the value of YAL. Whitehaven does not sell anything to China and it trades at less than 2 times PE.
I still think that the parent will come in with another offer to buy us out. But this time at a reasonable premium. They will burn coal for decades and decades and decades. They may as we well buy us out for only 2-3 years of Profit.
