Keep the current board.Even give them performance bonuses and let them buy some company shares on private names.They deserve it.
Hold the cash,no need to buyback.Once the Rentails feasibility is closed out there wont be any shortages of institutional buyers. Rentails scoping study/ pre feasibility done almost a decade ago had its price tag for $100mil each for both partners in Bluestone venture. No dividends aswell.
