If there is still now over 1.2 billion shares out there, how many were there before they recently consolidated?

LOM just isn't doing what is required to attract investors and so drive the share price up.

Any profits from diamond sales are so glacially slow in being sent to the company that when combined with there being over a billion shares on issue simply means LOM just doesn't add up to an investment from which you can then expect to get a reasonable and regular dividend return from.

They need to consolidate the shares (again) to a much smaller number and start paying a dividend.

Only then will the share price will rate up accordingly..
