Your WZ12 $5m is more likely to be $8m or $9m.
They may make a cash provision (keep cash in the bank) this year.
Based on my detailed research, I concluded that they don't have to make a provision until mid-2023 at earliest'
Regulations not finalised let alone then working with HZN to determine nature of security [most likely cash in our case].
I think that the "need to provide" was promoted by the previous CEO. We will see.I am hopeful that they will not make a provision this year, but we will see.
