“It has been in trial operation since May. The primary goal for which it is to be used is to verify InCeMet's own patented technology on a semi-operational scale by the end of summer 2021. The essence of the technology lies in the synergistic integration of the metallurgical process with cement production for the economically efficient extraction of lithium (and other valuable components of lithium mica) together with valuable low-alkaline clinkers or insufficient granulated slag, which are the raw materials of cement production. “This technology can bring great financial gains to our school in the future. The procedure is covered by 2 national patents and an international patent. We are intensively negotiating with the companies ČEZ,as and Geomet s.r.o., for whom the technology is interesting with regard to the planned mining of lithium ores and the implementation of ecological technology for obtaining and processing the much-valued lithium,"
