why is it risky for everyone?
If the bank accepts the submission then everyone gets paid.
If they don’t then option 2 is done and everyone gets paid.
Option 2 probably won’t get us the whole mine built but at least it might just buy some more time to get something else on the table. Not much point speculating but payment for work already done will be done one way or another IMO.
