This is not new news, and the company has had weeks, not moments and seconds as you would infer...Are you aware of how funds are raised and ranked...Who knows, your brokers may have an expression of interest sitting on his table for several weeks...That's why you're here...opportunistic but no warm soup...
You even mention that T40 has been tapped...Who would have thought...!
