You obviously don't understand the ASX listing rules.
MRC completed an entitlement offer (pro rata issue) and had the offer underwritten by the largest shareholder and directors. Which is in accordance with the ASX list rules 10.12 3.2 and 3.3.
Shareholders had the right to take up their entitlements and apply for the shortfall from the offer, Just because MC didn't take up his offer and the shortfall was required to be drawn on, doesn't make this a breach of the ASX listing rules.
You must be getting desperate when I have already proven to you that you are misleading these investors by calling 10.11.3 and I have provided you with the ASX rules. see below.
