It will be interesting to see the deal with Mitsubishi,
As you would know, MRC has been working on its own SG and purification process with Mr Frey, (EGR's expert and patent author) one method is only purification with a third-party AAM coating, The other purification method, can purify the graphite and applies the carbon coating in the same process.
I would assume, all of the shaping, micronisation and purification will be completed by MRC and the AAM coating will be a JV between the Mitsubishi and MRC. Or we will be issued a license from Mitsubishi to use their technology.
Talga's (TLG) presentation released yesterday, is more bullish than MRC forecast demand,
1.2 Million tonnes of graphite anode. or 1200 x Skaland's current annual production rate. I am looking forward to seeing the expansion study and the final approvals for Munglinup and the toll agreement with Mitsubishi.
