Conversion is typically 60-65%. i.e if you produce 10,000 Tonne of Natural graphite, you will see 6500 tonnes of PSG. At 30ktpa MRC could produce up to 19k T, I suspect MRC is likely to achieve 10-15ktpa from Skaland.
If you look at RNU they are also using +300 mesh down to -200 mesh graphite to produce PSG and have achieved 65% conversion.
Talga flake size is significantly smaller than -200 mesh at 93% purity, they claim they save on micronizing costs by using the smaller flake size and claim nearly 90% conversion from Natural graphite into PSG.
