Someone is seeing value today. There was a couple of instances of very impatient buyers of 100k parcels that had to keep moving up the chain on the buy side. The last got very impatient and pulled the trigger just before close. interesting and I hope this means we are at the bottom again! Topped up some more today as the enterprise value is so low!
bring on some big intercepts from drilling or tommie approval ALK.! lets hope the macro environment holds together for a bit to provide some stability.
