Its pretty obvious that there has been plenty of selling going on. Maybe the sellers which i suspect is a major holder hasnt offloaded 13million shares yet. There is no way the the remaining shareholders are dumping this to the point its dropping.
cinda and yankuang hold roughly 80% of the shares on issue..
Wouldnt be surprised if we see another notice soon.
