There is no hard evidence until the next notice comes through. It is just my opinion, to explain the share price resistance at around $5.50-6.00 despite the stellar quarterly report.
As you say, they need to report for each 1% change in the total holding in YAL - so in other words every 14 million shares sold.
The first notice came through in mid-June showing sales on market throughout late May and early June. The next notice came through on 9 Sept showing they started selling again in early Sept.
I could be wrong, but I would expect to see another notice come through soon, showing continued selling in Sep and Oct. I have to admit, based on the selling pressure, i would have expected to have seen it already.
There is no hard evidence until the next notice comes through....
