As we start the final quarter of 2022, the Bureau of Meteorology has issued multiple warnings for
widespread rain across most of Australia, with significant volumes in NSW, parts of Victoria and southern
Queensland. However, Yancoal has already observed that the rain does not fall consistently across all
areas in NSW, and on occasion, individual mines may experience less rain than others in the state
