I think everyone should change spin out expectation.
as many things change around the world. it is not idea time or window do spin out asset and listing now.
lots of company delay their IPO or spin out timeline. because it is hard to attract interest in today's market .
you only can have 1 chance to do this. so I do not mind if management do this on the right time.
