    I don't think that observation is off the mark. At current prices it would not be worth it to restart. They need higher spot prices and or higher contract prices. If uranium prices fall and stay there then PEN can't make money. They can sustain themselves for quite some time but eventually they would have to ask investors for more money which means existing share holders get diluted.

    I suspect everyone betting on PEN is betting on spot being higher than $50. My original target a couple of years ago was $60 which is about $69 today. I think that is not too unlikely in the next few years and if it is hit I expect pen to increase in price percentage wise more than the spot price. But I'm being a gambler. Most of my portfolio is much less risky but also doesn't have the potential to say 5x in a couple of years.
