Question, is the read line behind ponds 1and 2 atually already built to divert water. One cannot be sure but looks raised to me. You could iamgine them saying t SRG global right we cant build the rest of 1 and 2 till we save the crested bull frong or whatever so lets modify the contract and built the flood proofing instead......no evidence of that jsut thoughts. IT may not even need to be too high, just enought to stop the predicted runoff into the ponds and divert is to the left of picture.
