"Vert Capital acted as Lead Manager to the Placement. The Company will pay Vert Capital amanagement fee of $15,000, a capital raising fee of 6% on the funds raised.."

"The Placement comprises a proposed issue of 1,510,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”)in the Company at AU$0.0015 per Share (pre consolidation) to raise AU$2.265million"

6% of 2.265mill is $135,900, plus the $15,000 management fee, which works out to 100,600,000million shares (pre-consolidation).

"Minbos advises that the Company proposes to seek shareholder approval to consolidate the issuedcapital of the Company at the Shareholder Meeting.The consolidation will be on the basis of one (1) share for every twenty (20) shares currently held."

So post consolidation Vert would have ended up with up to around 5 million shares.
My top 20 records show that Citicorp nominees held 4,474,259million shares in October 2021, with that nominee holding increasing to peak at around 14million shares at 28 Sept this year before dropping rapidly to under 9 mill shares now.
