they ban Russian supplied metals we are instant shortfall, prices potentially move up quickly.
they don't ban Russian supplied metals we fear of stockpiles because no one wants to buy Russian supplied metals, which then leads to fears of oversupply and potentially drops prices.
my issue is with the ban, wouldn't Russia just continue producing and create stockpiles anyway, which would in turn create the oversupply issue at a later date?
