Esra is right, big money needs confirmation in results, not claims by management. As a bonus, what percentage of retail you reckon actually reads the quarterlies? This was a great little hint for anyone who does and I think the last opportunity to ever buy under 5 cents. If results confirm, next chance to buy at a number beginning with 4 will be in th 40s.
