The only one that has a chance of getting to 90% IMO is STX because IMO they aren't selling to anyone.

Gina's offer closes in 3 business days and she probably hasn't a single additional acceptance. Hard to see any merit in extending it if she won't improve the offer.

MIN haven't made an offer so their holding will stay put unless they choose one of the two bidders. I suspect they playing a waiting game to see if Gina extends or closes.
