Interesting scenario.
I wonder who would chip in then? Shareholders sure as hell won't. If you are still holding WGO after this debacle, you must surely be dead.
So can STX stymie these two by not contributing? They would technically only be a major shareholder right? They are not obliged to provide any cash toward keeping Dumb and dumber employed.
How does this work if the Directors have no shares and the company is comprised of three, potentially 4 major shareholders?
