Singlemalt I think Kori & rjb65 have already summed it nicely above. It's clear pulp has a lot of sh*t on his liver and is trying to vent it here. Are your trying to tell me that his comments are constructive to the overall discussion? I believe in the management of CYL and their capabilities, and know a thorough DD has been executed ( Bruce Kay) thus support their decision to buy VAN at the agreed price, but when someone does a cut and paste of old dirt from years past....waste of time. It means you know nothing about the company CYL - all of this would have been taking into consideration.
Btw I didn't say his comments are crap.....and I'm not offended.
