I appreciated the relative openness by yourself and Cheryl in the last webinar. Thank you. Here are my questions for the next webinar on Monday 30th January 2023. I feel shareholders have been starved of a reasonable level of information for so long that unfortunately the list of questions is necessarily long but open answers will be appreciated. Thank you.
1 - Would you please just talk us through where Flinders are at with regard to road haulage? How many companies did you approach to get proposals? Have you received all proposals and how many companies are you now working with to refine those proposals? What stage are they at? And what is the next steps?
2 - If Flinders were to develop a private road for haulage would that road most likely be constructed along what was the BBI rail corridor from PIOP to Balla Balla? Has that route already been surveyed? Does Flinders have that survey data?
3 - Does N Curtis continue to have any involvement with Flinders? If so, in what role and for how long?
4 - Is Flinders aware of projects like the Onslow Iron Ore Project and could you please discuss the parallels with the potential for PIOP?
5 - Whilst it is early days since Flinders were freed of BBI, has the board any thoughts as to the possibility and viability of Balla Balla Port being opened initially on a small scale (to handle say 5mtpa) and being steadily scaled up to handle say 35mtpa or more? Or does it appear to be an all or nothing proposition at this time?
6 - Could the FRS tenement at the possible Balla Balla Port be used as a staging post for IO hauled by 300t road trains down a private haulage road from PIOP to Whim Creek and then transported to Port Hedland by 120t road trains?
7 - On the map provided in the webinar presentation there are also tenements shown in yellow as BBIP. Are they now ours? Please explain their relevance.
8 - On the map provided in the webinar presentation the was a number of tenements in blues colour that were well away from PIOP and the route to Balla Balla. What are they and they have any relevance?
9 - Question for AW. Have you acquired shares in Flinders? If not, don’t you think it is important that you ( and other independent directors) have skin in the game? Or are you concerned that purchase of shares by you could be seen as insider trading because of your knowledge of proposals and negotiations?
10 - When (roughly) do you think Flinders will be in a position to provide a comprehensive update to the market and shareholders for the project?
11 - Given the substantial money TIO have sunk into BBI and Flinders to date, do you still believe that TIO will be in this venture for the long haul?
12 - It could be argued that Flinders market capitalisation has been allowed to languish over recent years largely because of the lack of positive plans and announcements about the wonderful opportunity that lays ahead for Flinders and its flagship project. At the most recent webinar Flinders said they were committed to reengage with stakeholders. Right now Flinders market cap shows that the market values our IO resource at under 6 cents a ton. This is, in my opinion, way undervalue given the likely exciting opportunities ahead. Will Flinders commit to providing stakeholders with more open and regular updates, and, investor presentations on a regular basis as we move forward?
