Looks like you're assuming the Sep/Dec production rates, grades and recoveries into perpetuity. The reality is the grade profile is growing substantially (towards 2%) and recoveries will trend back towards the 80% they were at recently. This will result in quarterly production of c. 2500-2750t which has a material impact on all of your other calcs.
