The US Exim Bank are committed to this project with Zinc being on their Critical Mineral list and it will be a goer at some stage - China is definitely out of the picture IMHO as they had their chance years ago to get involved in the Citronen project through an MOU struck with their NFC metals group and walked away so it's all the way with the USof A!
From 2014 - "Ironbark has a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with China Non-Ferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd. (‘China Non-Ferrous’, ‘NFC’for the construction and financing of the project, which provides NFC the option to purchase 19.9% of the Citronen Project and the right to enter into an offtake agreement for a portion of the project's concentrate at such time it is in production."
