if there's one thing I've learned about small caps (and this isn't necessarily true of this company) is the interest of the company does not necessarily align with those of the shareholders.
shareholders want quick results so our capital doesn't sit idle.
companies want a slower pace because a job is a job, and the longer things take, the longer they have a job.
and given they are at the coal face, they win every time.
