Can anybody with a better understanding of the numbers provide an update on the realised cost savings with the Newhaul Haulage purchase? interested to know whether it is looking like good value now? $17 million inc dilution seemed steep at the time but I don't understand logistics at all.
Just based on the C1 costs it's not looking like Fenix has done anything to cut costs, isn't the reduction due to the $5 shipping cost reduction? or have I miss understood and this is linked to the deal?
