I agree. I posted something on it here a while back. In Nov of last yr the Texas Comptroller approved and recommended the tax abatement Lynas USA LLC had requested. This is in public records i researched. They are wanting the tax abatement for 149 acres in calhoun county, Tx. The only thing i can figure is since the Dept of Defense is involved it may have become hush hush for now. I don't have a clue...just my guess!
