First they are going to have to have customers in The US and Europe. Most of Lynas' sales still end up in Japanese owned Chinese battery factories.
MP has tied up with General Motors but don't have the tech to make batteries. Lynas has the world's leading REO separation tech. Now the end users have to build plants outside of China.
