Most likely capital raise will be done by placement.
It is the cheapest and fastest way to raise capital.
15% does not need share holder approval. 15% of current market cap would be around $4.5Mill that would just be sufficient for another year.
Will be interesting to see if additional funding is arranged.
Let's wait and see.
