What I mean is like people who set stop losses are generally setting themselves up for a guaranteed loss.
If I am going to sell in despair I try to do so early, or otherwise weather the low - which also has it’s pitfalls of course. I probably try to buy at about the same point that it sounds like you like to sell at.
